Need to return or exchange an item for an order?

PBI Warehouse shipped the wrong size

If you received the wrong size product from our warehouse, Powered By Iron will cover the cost of Shipping it back for the correct product,

 

Customer picked the wrong size.

If you accidently order the wrong size product, we are happy to assist and can organise an exchange. The below costs will need to be covered by the customer. Simply return the item via post with a return bag inside and our warehouse will ship out the correct product.

 

What can be returned?

Any return products must be in new conditions with no signs of wear and tear. They MUST be returned with all tags and original packaging. We reserve the right to deny any exchange or return not in this condition.

 

When do items need to be returned by?

Customer has 30 days to request an exchange or store credit from the date of receiving the item. All discrepancies with your purchase must be notified within 24 hours. Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to us within 24 hours of your receiving the delivery.
